However, to keep your dental health in top shape, it’s usually best to pair this with traditional flossing and at least one thorough session with a standard toothbrush every day.
The "massage" function is actually quite useful for increasing blood flow to the gums, which can help prevent gingivitis and keep the tissue healthy.
