6. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our courier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

11. Multiple Items Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
